Hey! I'm FIDE Candidate Master and FIDE Instructor Adriana Palao (current FIDE rating 2001). I started playing when I was 5 years old. I'd say that this really helps me in my rol as a coach because I can understand all the feelings, insecurities and motivation that a player needs since a very early age.  Between my highest achievements in chess I'd highlight: Panamerican U-2000 Silver Medal, Panamerican Blitz U-2000 Gold Medal, National Youth Champion U-18; and also the fact that I play for the Honor Division League (top division) in my current location (Spain)
